Just in time for The Wimbledon Championships, The Ivy Collection restaurants nationwide* will be celebrating the iconic tennis tournament with an exclusive, tennis ball dessert.
What’s more, guests who receive a limited-edition pink version of the dessert will be in with the chance of winning their own Men’s Singles Final viewing party in one of The Ivy’s private dining rooms, with free-flowing Whispering Angel Rosé.
Available in restaurants from 30 June to 13 July, The Centre Court Melting Bombe is a playful take on the traditional strawberries and cream, a firm favourite for the tournament. Perfect for a pre- or post-match treat, a melt-in-the-mouth white chocolate shell is filled with a fluffy milk foam, chopped fresh strawberries, shortbread, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and drizzled with a bright and silky strawberry sauce.
While The Centre Court Melting Bombe will be decorated to resemble a traditional, green tennis ball, some guests who order the dessert will receive a limited edition, pink tennis ball version.
Those lucky enough to be served a pink Centre Court Melting Bombe will be in with the chance to watch the Wimbledon Men’s Final in one of The Ivy’s beautiful Private Dining Rooms with complimentary Whispering Angel and lunch, for them and up to nine friends.
To be in with the chance of winning, guests who receive a pink Centre Court Melting Bombe simply need to take a picture of their dessert and post it on their Instagram grid, tagging The Ivy Collection by 07 July 2025.

With only a limited number of our pink Centre Court Melting Bombes being served up in restaurants around the country, guests should keep their eyes peeled to gain their chance to enter the competition.

For guests of The Ivy Café Wimbledon, the celebrations don’t stop there. From 23 June to 13 July, the restaurant closest to the tournament will be serving an exclusive
All England set menu. At £39.00 for two courses or £46.00 for three, the set menu includes a selection of seasonal dishes, including a wonderfully light Heirloom Tomato and Watermelon Salad or an indulgent Duck Liver Parfait served on toasted brioche among the starters, and Pan-roasted Fillet of Salmon with pink peppercorn hollandaise or Chicken Supreme Milanese with Truffle Sauce among the mains.
The Ivy favourites, including The Ivy Classic Shepherd’s Pie or a hand-selected, 21-day-aged, premium Sirloin Steak (8oz/227g, £6 Supplement), also feature on the menu. For dessert, guests can of course select The Centre Court Melting Bombe or alternatively the more traditional options of Vicarage Farm Strawberries and Cream or a Selection of Cheeses.
What’s more, guests can further upgrade their meal with an Ivy Cuvée Mimosa for just £10 as they prepare to enjoy the tennis.
