This Halloween, The Ivy Oxford Brasserie is inviting diners to leave the ordinary behind and follow the yellow brick road straight into The Ivy Emerald City.

The restaurant will be filled with a touch of theatrical magic — complete with a limited-edition dessert, themed cocktails, live entertainment, and family-friendly fun.

From Friday 25 October, guests can indulge in The Emerald City Apple — a show-stopping dessert created exclusively for the spooky season. The dish combines a chilled apple parfait on a golden blondie base, topped with milk foam and raspberry coulis. Finished with a green witch’s hand and a crown of candy floss, it’s as whimsical as it is delicious — a fitting finale to any autumn meal.

The Ivy Oxford’s bar team has conjured up two spellbinding cocktails to mark the occasion.

For something sweet yet sharp, the Rhubarb Bubble blends Ketel One vodka, Rhubarb Mead, and Doppelgänger Aperitivo with a touch of vanilla and raspberry sugar dust. Meanwhile, the Emerald Magic Margarita mixes Casamigos tequila with Beesou Honey liqueur, matcha cold brew, and geranium syrup, finished with a Tajin rim for a little fiery sparkle.

On Thursday 31 October, The Ivy Oxford will host a family-friendly Halloween afternoon from 3.00pm to 5.00pm, featuring complimentary face painting and goody bags for children. The team will be dressed for the occasion, making it the perfect way to celebrate the half-term holiday in style.

While The Ivy Oxford won’t be part of the nationwide A Night at the Musicals: A Wicked Special tour, diners can still soak up the festive atmosphere throughout the restaurant’s Halloween celebrations. Across the UK, Ivy restaurants will host vocal duos performing hits from Wicked The Musical and The Wizard of Oz — the inspiration behind this year’s enchanting theme.

With decadent food, dazzling cocktails, and a magical setting, The Ivy Oxford Brasserie’s Emerald City experience offers something for everyone — from cocktail lovers and theatre fans to families looking for a little Halloween sparkle.

The special dessert and cocktails will be available from 25 October to 02 November, served from 11.30am until close.

Book your table now via The Ivy Oxford Brasserie website to step into a world of delicious magic.
