Global fashion brand Bershka has opened its first Oxfordshire store at Westgate Oxford, bringing its clothing and accessories collections to the city.
The 11,000 sq ft store is located on the Upper Ground floor, next to H&M and Urban Outfitters. Its opening on 29 October gives shoppers in Oxford access to the brand’s collections in-store, which were previously available at locations including London and Birmingham.
Founded in 1998, Bershka is part of Spanish fashion retail group Inditex. The brand targets a younger audience with trend-led clothing, footwear and accessories at accessible prices.
The Oxford store features three main sections: Bershka for women, the BSK range aimed at teenagers, and Bershka for men. The collections include everyday casualwear, seasonal trends, elevated basics and accessories.
The store also incorporates fitting rooms, two payment areas and displays arranged around different product concepts.
Clare Martin, centre director at Westgate Oxford, said the brand had been eagerly anticipated by shoppers since its arrival was announced.
Westgate Oxford is home to more than 100 retail brands, alongside more than 30 food and drink destinations and leisure attractions, including Curzon cinema and Flight Club.
