Bill’s unveils festive Christmas menu packed with seasonal specials

Bill’s has launched its festive Christmas menu, promising a season filled with indulgent dishes, celebratory cocktails and family-friendly offers across its restaurants.

Available until Monday 05 January, the menu brings together classic Christmas comforts with Bill’s signature playful twists.

Among the highlights is the P.I.B Double Dunker Burger, which packs the flavours of pigs in blankets into a bun, served with a pan of rich beef brisket gravy for dipping.

Seafood lovers can opt for Sea Bass with Prosecco Hollandaise, while those seeking lighter seasonal flavours may enjoy the Winter Ruby Squash Salad. For dessert, the Choccy Orange Pancakes offer a festive take on a Bill’s favourite.

Determined to win over even the most reluctant sprout fans, Bill’s has introduced Crispy Korean Sprouts tossed in gochujang, adding a bold and spicy edge to the Christmas table.

Sharing is also a key theme this year, with the Truffle Camembert & Sourdough Sharer taking centre stage. The dish features a sourdough loaf stuffed with truffle cheese sauce and Somerset camembert, designed for groups to enjoy together.

To help guests get into the festive spirit, Bill’s is offering its Chrimbo Classics for £10, which includes mulled wine, pigs in blankets and a mince pie. There is also takeaway mulled wine available, ideal for fuelling Christmas shopping trips.

The Christmas menu is complemented by a selection of festive cocktails. Drinks include the Pomegranate Ruby Sour made with Johnnie Walker Black Ruby, the Winter Berry Spritz with Tanqueray London Dry Gin, a Clementine Margarita featuring Casamigos Blanco, and a Cranberry & Ginger Mojito with Ron Santiago de Cuba Añejo 8YO.

Families are also being encouraged to celebrate together, with Bill’s announcing that on Boxing Day, 26 December, children can eat completely free. When one adult orders a main, up to two children can dine at no cost.

The festivities culminate on New Year’s Eve with Bill’s NYE Set Menu. Diners can enjoy two courses and a festive cocktail for £32.95, offering a celebratory send-off to the Christmas season.

Founded in 2001 by Bill Collison, Bill’s has grown from a small greengrocery in Lewes into a nationwide British restaurant group. Today, it is known for all-day brunch, seasonal specials, dog-friendly dining and a welcoming atmosphere for guests throughout the year.
