Namaste Village Oxford is embracing the warmth and vibrancy of the festive season with its Christmas Celebration Menu, a special offering available daily throughout November and right up to Christmas Eve.

Guests can select individual dishes at varying prices or indulge in the full five-course feast for £35.95, making it one of the city’s most enticing festive dining experiences.

With restaurants across London, Cambridge, Norwich, Southend, and now Birmingham, Namaste Village has become widely celebrated for showcasing authentic, imaginative Indian vegetarian and vegan cuisine.

This year’s Christmas menu, crafted by Chef Urmila Jetani, draws on her culinary roots in Gujarat to create a menu that blends festive traditions with the rich, comforting flavours of India. Her innovative use of spices, colours, and seasonal ingredients results in a selection that feels both celebratory and deeply personal.

Guests can expect a diverse array of dishes to begin their meal, including the wonderfully tender “Galawati” Kebabs – named for their “melt in the mouth” texture. Standout mains include the striking crimson Christmas Masala Dosa and the indulgent Saffron Royale Kofta.

These can be paired with festive sides such as Red Velvet Naans or the fragrant Jewelled Cranberry & Nut Pilau. Dessert brings its own festive flair, with choices like Indian Carrot Fudge enriched with a hint of brandy butter, or the colourful Tri Kulfi Bowl showcasing traditional Indian milk ice cream.

Drinks include fresh mango lassi made with pure kesar pulp, warming masala chai, refreshing Indian sodas, and a carefully selected wine list offering pairing suggestions for each dish.

Festive cocktails also make an appearance, each infused with signature Indian flavours. Highlights include The Holi-Tini – inspired by the festival of colours – blending gin, passionfruit liqueur, pineapple juice, and tamarind, finished with dragon fruit powder. The Kaffir Negroni offers a seasonal twist on the Italian classic, combining gin, bitter bianco, bergamot, and kaffir lime leaf.

Beyond its food, Namaste Village continues its longstanding commitment to social good through its Dosa on the Wall initiative, which helps provide meals for those in need. Customers can donate £5 or more, with each donation matched by the restaurant to create free meals redeemable by anyone seeking support – no questions asked.

This Christmas, Namaste Village invites guests to celebrate the season with India’s rich culinary heritage, flavourful dishes, heartfelt hospitality, and a warm, festive ambience crafted with care.
