The Blenheim Palace Food Festival has unveiled an exceptional line up of headline chefs for its 2026 edition, promising a spectacular Summer Bank Holiday celebration of food, culture and entertainment in the heart of Oxfordshire.

Taking place from Saturday 23 to Monday 25 May 2026, the three-day festival will return to the breathtaking grounds of Blenheim Palace, transforming the historic estate into a vibrant hub of global flavours, culinary creativity and family-friendly entertainment.

Renowned chef Raymond Blanc OBE will return as a festival headliner, appearing in the Festival Kitchen alongside British-Iranian chef and bestselling author Sabrina Ghayour, and popular television chef and presenter Matt Tebbutt.

Together, the trio will lead live cooking demonstrations and Michelin-starred masterclasses, offering visitors the chance to learn directly from some of the UK’s most respected culinary figures.

Raymond Blanc OBE, patron of Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons, is widely regarded as one of the world’s finest chefs and has trained 34 Michelin-starred chefs. Beyond the kitchen, he is a passionate advocate for sustainability and nature, serving as President of Garden Organic, the Sustainable Restaurant Association and the Soil Association.

Sabrina Ghayour, celebrated for her expertise in Persian and Middle Eastern cuisine, has become a leading voice in contemporary food culture. A multi-award-winning cookbook author, she regularly appears on BBC’s Saturday Kitchen and Sunday Brunch, sharing her knowledge of ingredients, heritage and flavour.

Matt Tebbutt brings further star power to the line-up, drawing on experience from some of London’s most prestigious restaurants and his time as owner of the award-winning Foxhunter in South Wales. He is currently a familiar face on Saturday Kitchen, Best Bites and Food Unwrapped, and has recently been announced as a judge on MasterChef: The Professionals.

Beyond the chef demonstrations, the festival will feature gourmet street food traders serving dishes from around the world, alongside talented local artisans showcasing premium homeware, gifts and crafts.
