A new amenity hub at Milton Park is taking shape, with the first occupier confirmed as Damira Dental Studios, which will open a flagship practice at the end of 2025. The state-of-the-art studio will provide care for up to 6,000 NHS patients alongside private dentistry services, ahead of Signal Yard’s full launch in early 2026.

Signal Yard has been designed as a vibrant destination for both Milton Park’s science and business community and the wider public. Inclusivity has been placed at its core, with the hub set to feature food and drink outlets, fitness and health facilities, everyday essentials and pop-up retailers.

A dedicated outdoor events space and landscaped gardens will host regular activities, creating a lively community atmosphere beyond the working week.

Interest in the scheme has been strong, with 13 of the 17 units already let or under offer. Accessibility is a key focus, with the development including secure bike storage, cyclist showers, EV charging points, dedicated parking and excellent bus connections supported by Milton Park’s partnership with Thames Travel.

Clare Fleet, commercial surveyor at Milton Park, said:

“The Signal Yard project was born out of feedback from our occupiers, stakeholders and local residents, shaping the scheme from the very start. It reflects our ambition to transform Milton Park into a destination beyond the traditional working day, offering a vibrant 24/7 environment for everyone.”

Damira Dental Studios Founder & CEO Anushika Brogan added:

“We are delighted to be opening our brand-new studio at Signal Yard. With excellent transport links and a vibrant mix of shops and services, it is an ideal, accessible location for patients to receive care. We look forward to welcoming both NHS and private patients from Milton Park, Abingdon, Didcot and beyond.”

Established in 2003, Damira Dental Studios has grown from a single Oxford practice into a network of 42 practices across London and the South. Alongside NHS and private care, the group also runs dedicated children’s clinics during school holidays to help young patients feel confident about their dental health.

Signal Yard is expected to become a key community hub when it officially opens in early 2026, with further occupiers and event details to be announced in the coming months.
