Zizzi Oxford is joining the celebrations for this summer’s A-Level and GCSE results days by offering students free Garlic and Mozzarella Bombes — among other treats — when they show proof of their results.
Families dining together will also have the chance to win their celebration meal on the house.
In 2025, thousands of students will receive their grades via an app, rather than the traditional envelope. To keep the sense of anticipation alive, Zizzi Oxford will give each student an envelope to open at the table, revealing a special free reward.
Some envelopes will contain the restaurant’s much-loved Garlic and Mozzarella Bombe — a freshly baked garlic dough ball filled with gooey mozzarella and topped with Roquito hot honey. Others will offer a free starter, dessert, or drink, while a lucky few will win their table’s meal on the house, up to the value of £150.
Students collecting A-Level results can claim their “Z Level Results” at Zizzi Oxford on Thursday 14 and Friday 15 August.
Those receiving GCSE results can take part on Thursday 21 and Friday 22 August. To claim, students simply need to dine at Zizzi Oxford on their results day or the following day, and present proof of their results.
Katy Lomax, Brand & Customer Experience Director at Zizzi, said: “Students across the UK have worked so hard all year, and we think that picking up their results deserves a delicious treat!
We’re welcoming all students and their families in to Zizzi to celebrate with us and open up their second lot of results to see if their meal is on us. We think students are the Bombe, so this summer they’re on us!”
