Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, the iconic Oxfordshire hotel and restaurant by Raymond Blanc, is set to delight guests with an extraordinary lineup of events and experiences this summer as it celebrates its 41st year of Michelin-starred excellence.
One of the season’s highlights is a Michelin-starred Four Hands Lunch featuring Raymond Blanc and acclaimed French chef Yannick Alléno. The two culinary masters will unite their passion for French gastronomy and precision technique in a rare and exclusive collaboration.
In honour of Bastille Day, the Legendary Bastille Day Summer Garden Party promises to be an unforgettable celebration. Guests are invited to join Chef Blanc as he embraces his French heritage with a Provençal-inspired garden party, officially kicking off the summer season in true Le Manoir style.
The gardens at Le Manoir are also the inspiration behind a new seasonal cocktail offering. This summer, the hotel will introduce its Garden to Glass menu, creative and refreshing cocktails infused with botanicals grown across the estate’s eleven celebrated gardens.
For families looking to unwind, the Nourish in Nature Family Escape offers a two-night stay with morning yoga sessions in the peaceful heritage orchard, encouraging guests to disconnect and recharge in a serene countryside setting.
To mark its ongoing culinary legacy, Le Manoir has also launched a new three-course summer lunch menu, featuring seasonal delights such as aged salmon with yoghurt and elderflower granita, and a garden beetroot terrine with horseradish sorbet.
Throughout August, £99 half-day gardening courses will be available for those eager to uncover the secrets of the estate’s world-renowned gardens. Perfect for keen gardeners and allotment lovers, the courses offer hands-on insights from the property’s expert horticultural team.
Lastly, flower enthusiasts can admire ‘The King’s Rose’, an exclusive floral display located in the David Austin Rose bed near the estate’s historic Dovecote, yet another nod to the elegance and natural beauty that defines Le Manoir.
