Milton Park’s vibrant new destination hub, Signal Yard, has revealed the next wave of local flavours joining its growing lineup ahead of the 2026 launch. Designed to delight food lovers and families alike, the amenity hub is fast becoming one of Oxfordshire’s most anticipated new openings.
Three much-loved Oxfordshire independents — 1885 Burgers, Chor Muang Thai, and Planted Plates — will bring their distinctive culinary flair to Signal Yard.

From handmade burgers prepared with locally sourced beef and authentic Thai gastro cuisine to hearty homemade vegan dishes, the trio showcases the best of the county’s dining scene — comfort food classics alongside adventurous global flavours.
The announcement follows news that Damira Dental Studios will open at Signal Yard in late 2025, providing 6,000 NHS patient places and private services ahead of the 2026 launch.

Beyond great food, the three new eateries will offer relaxed and distinctive dining experiences in a setting designed around wellbeing. Signal Yard features green spaces, seamless indoor-outdoor connections, and areas for events and community gatherings.
Visitors will be able to grab a quick bite, meet friends for dinner, or enjoy live entertainment surrounded by landscaped gardens.

Harry Hadland, founder of 1885 Burgers, said:
“Signal Yard is set to be a vibrant and welcoming destination. We can’t wait to serve our finest burgers, crafted with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients, to families and visitors from Milton Park, Didcot, Abingdon and beyond.”
Chef Viktor Mungmai, founder of Chor Muang Thai, added:
“Opening at Signal Yard is a fantastic opportunity to bring our popular, authentic Thai flavours to more people. Our diverse menu, showcasing both classic and modern dishes from Thailand’s four regions, has already been a huge hit at our existing venues.”
Henna Godfrey from Planted Plates said:
“Signal Yard is the perfect spot to share our wholesome, flavoursome vegan dishes with even more people, bringing the best of plant-based cuisine to the local community.”
The development has attracted strong interest, with 13 of its units already let or under offer. Clare Fleet, commercial surveyor at Milton Park, said:
“By curating a mix of innovative and well-loved Oxfordshire businesses, we are creating a vibrant hub where local entrepreneurs can thrive.”
Signal Yard’s base build completes later this year, ahead of its official launch in 2026.
